Insomnia
Something I'm doing wrong. I think so strict tea diet rum in the evening, mostly still warm lemon anticipated and quite often I trade with shower tub. After 2 cups of this delightful beverage capitals honest I'm tired and then fall asleep, only to switch between 2.30 und 3.00 clock to wake up and find the next 2-3 hours to sleep. I think I have to think about what else this can not be healthy
